many weeks does take index files

Search tells me "results may be incomplete because your files are still being indexed." I've had beta 2 installed for several weeks now; how long does it take to index the files?

It's a constant thing, but Indexing in Beta 2 is... well, crap to be honest. This will be fixed post-beta 2.
